Project Description

This truly is the ultimate private resort. Nestled on the side of Pine Mountain, Cloverdale, with views to the west over the vineyards and the nearby town, no boundaries were placed on the design in providing the client with the best in outdoor living. The project included a quarter-million gallon pool with an 80 foot long infinity edge, and has a 12 foot deep deep end under a cantilevered two story rock ledge. Hidden in the rockscape is a grotto, steam room, and access to the spa tub and waterslide on the top level. The waterslide winds over 100 feet through darkness lit by fiber optic starlight, and bursts out into the pool through one of two waterfalls. The pool also has a beach entry. In addition to the water amenities, we designed a complete wet bar, with restaurant-grade appliances, an outdor kitchen with a pizza oven set into the rockscape, and a fire pit overlooking the valley. Lighting fixtures range from fiber-optics to gas tiki torches, to provide the best ambience for each location, and planting is Mediterranean in character.
